Details are read automatically
Dueinbox picks out the amount, IBAN, due date and discount; e-invoices (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) are read straight from the XML. You check and correct where needed.
Pay on time
The overview is sorted by due date and reminders arrive by email. You pay as usual in your online banking.
A second look before you pay
Dueinbox points out anything unusual: changed bank details from a known supplier, an invoice that is a duplicate or already paid, or a PDF that contradicts its embedded e-invoice. It does not replace your own check, but it flags common scams.

Approvals for your team
On the Team plan you decide who may approve and who may pay. With the four-eyes principle, payments are made by someone other than the approver. On the desktop with an invoice preview, on the phone with a swipe.

One file instead of many transfers
Select the invoices that are due and Dueinbox creates a SEPA batch transfer for your online banking, with the discount deducted if you like. Dueinbox never transfers money itself: you approve every payment with your bank.
